Terms of Service and Refund Policy
1. What you're buying
- Website build, $297 one time. A one-page website for your business, built from your Google listing, your reviews, your photos and the details you give us.
- Hosting and updates, $29 a month. Hosting with security and SSL, keeping your site online, and small changes you ask for: hours, prices, phone number, photos, short text edits, or adding or removing a service. Small changes are those that take up to about 30 minutes a month in total.
- Bigger changes, like new pages, a redesign or new features, are quoted separately before any work starts.
2. Timeline
Your site goes live within 7 days of the later of two dates: when you pay, and when you give us what we need to connect your domain (for example, access to your domain provider or a DNS change on your side). Delays on your side, such as waiting on domain access, approvals or content, pause the clock.
3. Your approval and revisions
You see your site before it goes live. Up to 2 rounds of revisions before launch are included. Request changes anytime at sites.createmarketingsolution.com/change or by email.
4. Your domain
You keep ownership of your domain name at all times. We don't take it over or transfer it. If you don't have a domain, we can register one in your business name at our cost (usually $15 to $25 a year) and transfer it to you on request.
5. Who owns what
- Your content stays yours: your logo, photos, business information and the reviews you've received.
- The site: once the $297 is paid, you have the right to use the website design for your business.
- If you cancel hosting, we'll send you a copy of your site's files on request, free of charge, and you can host them anywhere.
- Our underlying templates and tools remain ours.
6. Hosting, billing and canceling
- Hosting is billed monthly through Stripe, starting 14 days after you pay.
- Cancel anytime by emailing support@createmarketingsolution.com. Canceling stops future charges. Your site stays online through the end of the month you've paid for, then goes offline.
- If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days, we may take the site offline until it's resolved.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any change to the $29 price.
7. Refunds
- Love it or your money back: within 14 days of paying, ask for a refund for any reason and we'll refund the full $297. Hosting hasn't been charged yet, so nothing else is owed.
- Before launch: if you're not happy with your site before it goes live, ask for a refund and we'll refund the full $297 and any hosting you've paid.
- After launch: once your site is live on your domain and the 14-day window has passed, the build fee isn't refundable.
- Hosting: monthly hosting isn't refunded for partial months. Canceling stops the next charge.
8. Your responsibilities
The information you give us (services, prices, hours, licenses and any claims) must be accurate, and you must have the right to use any photos or logos you send. Reviews shown on your site come from your public Google reviews. They're quoted and may be shortened, but never reworded. Quote requests from your site's form are emailed to you, and you're responsible for answering your customers.
9. No guarantees on results
We build sites designed to turn visitors into calls, but we don't guarantee any number of calls, customers, search rankings or revenue.
10. Uptime
We host on a major cloud platform and work to keep your site online, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to our services is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
12. Ending service
We may end service with 30 days' notice. If we do, we'll give you your site files. We may suspend a site right away if it's used for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be handled in Ada County, Idaho.
14. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and email active customers about anything that materially affects them.
